Our company policy states that online orders can only be shipped within the United States and cannot be exported. The Company only ships to the customer's billing address unless certain exceptions apply, such as purchases of firearms that require shipment to the FFL, or if the customer is on active duty. If the customer needs to send the goods to another party, he must contact the company before placing the order, and this issue will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. The expected delivery time for orders is 5-10 business days, although this may vary depending on seasonal demand and market fluctuations. Items will be delivered according to the shipping method chosen at the time of checkout. If the item is not available, the company will contact the customer to arrange future delivery or provide a refund or credit for the item. However, combined kits can take up to 15 business days to ship, and mass-produced items such as rifles, pistols, and bottom receivers can take up to 10-20 business days. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that their FFL provides the Company with a legal copy of their FFL in order to initiate the transfer. Delivery times may also vary depending on how long it takes to obtain proper documentation and update the selected FFL certificate. The company continually updates shipping times at the top of its page in red, and items with pre-order status are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed as they become available.
