All goods must be returned within 30 days, unused, and with all of the original packing.
Weapons Order cancellations for firearms are permitted without incurring fees as long as the request is made BEFORE the firearm ships and is confirmed by a customer care agent. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping expenses if you decide to proceed with the cancellation after the firearm has shipped and after the cancellation request has been submitted.
If the cancellation request is received before the accessories have shipped and is confirmed by a customer service agent, orders for accessories may be cancelled without incurring fees. If you want to proceed with the cancellation and it is received AFTER the accessories have shipped, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment.
After the transfer process is finished, firearms cannot be returned. You are in charge of performing a thorough inspection of the firearm PRIOR to completing the transfer. Please get in touch with us PRIOR to completing the transfer if your firearm has a problem. We will coordinate with the receiving dealer to arrange for free return shipping for the weapon to us. You will be given the choice between receiving a replacement or a refund for the damaged weapon after we have received it. We are aware that some manufacturer flaws might not be apparent at first glance. But by acquiring a firearm from us, you consent to cooperate with the manufacturer to have any flaws in your transferred weapon fixed or replaced (in accordance with their warranty policy). Any background check that is unsuccessful will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to any applicable shipping costs.
All lower receivers that are returned due to incomplete background checks will incur a 30% restocking fee.
