The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has recently announced a new final rule (Rule 2021R-08F) about firearms with stabilizing braces, which could subject these firearms and their owners to the regulations of the National Firearms Act (NFA). Due to the uncertainty caused by this rule, Armory Outlet is following the advice of their legal counsel and will comply with the rule for now, but will cease selling or shipping pistols with stabilizing braces once the rule is published in the Federal Register.
The company states that they will continue to advocate for the rights of law-abiding gun owners and protect individual freedom as the rule goes through the legal system. Armory Outlet strongly disagrees with this rule as they see it as a reversal of years of prior guidance from the ATF, and an example of government overreach and infringement of American's constitutional rights. They plan to join forces with other manufacturers and industry partners to challenge this rule and hope that it will be declared unconstitutional by the courts.
It's just as simple to purchase a gun online as it is to purchase anything else. A crucial distinction is that FIREARMS CANNOT BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE BUYER. Shipments of firearms must go to your local FFL, a dealer who holds a federal firearms license.
The dealer of your choice will receive your firearm from us. You must submit the Firearms Transaction Record (Form 4473) and clear the FBI background check before you may pick up your firearm from your local FFL dealer. To transfer a firearm, the majority of dealers impose a little fee.
When you place an order online with Armory Outlet, there are no transfer fees applied. Each state has a different procedure for transferring a firearm from the seller to the buyer. For more information, kindly get in touch with your nearby FFL.

It is YOUR obligation to be aware of the regulations in your area governing the acquisition, ownership, and transfer of guns.
You should get in touch with your preferred FFL dealer BEFORE placing your order unless you are certain that they will handle your transfer. Ask if they will complete your transfer and accept the package. Additionally, you ought to inquire about the transfer fee. The transfer charge is your responsibility.
Before beginning the transfer, make sure you CAREFULLY INSPECT THE FIREARM. The firearm is yours after the transfer is finished, and it cannot be given back to the Armory Outlet. In the future, if you have a warranty issue, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.
