It features a 16” 4150CMV steel hbar barrel and M4 feedramps. The barrel has a muzzle brake finish. It is non-fluted. The barrel is also equipped with hardened steel construction. Like AR-10 458 SOCOM, AR-15 458 SOCOM boasts a parkerized finish.
AR-15 SOCOM conversion kit is chambered in 458 SOCOM and has 1-14 RH twist button rifling. Speaking of under gas block diameter, it is 875. It is constructed from high-end aircraft quality aluminum. The thread is 5/8x32. This upper assembly benefits from a carbine gas system. The A3 flat top SOCOM upper receiver is manufactured from high-end 7075-t6 aluminum forgings. Anodization of black hardcoat is conducted in accordance with Governmental Standards. The item is equipped with a dust cover and forward assist.
